At Grn&Co., each item is handpicked and often one-of-a-kind. As a thrift fashion store, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer limited returns under specific conditions:
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:
You received the wrong item, OR
The item is damaged or has a major defect not mentioned in the product description
Minor wear, color variation, or small imperfections are normal in pre-loved clothing and do not qualify for return.
Return Window
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Include the following details:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
Wait for our response with approval and return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Return Process
Once approved, you may be asked to ship the item back in its original condition
We will share return instructions (including the address and method)
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was on our part
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
No refunds will be provided for:
Items returned without approval
Returns requested after 48 hours
Items returned in used, altered, or washed condition
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
