All items sold at Grn&Co. are:

Pre-loved, secondhand, or vintage
Described and photographed as accurately as possible

Please note:

Minor signs of wear or imperfections are normal with thrift items
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees)
Prices are subject to change without notice
Full payment is required at checkout via the available payment options (handled securely through third-party payment gateways)

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or payment issues.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation
We currently ship within India only (unless stated otherwise)
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of thrift and secondhand items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

The wrong item was sent
There was a major undisclosed defect
